KURANDA VISITOR INFORMATION CENTRE
As a fully accredited Visitor Information Centre, we offer advice on not just Kuranda, but the whole Far North Queensland region. We also provide complimentary maps and brochures for the whole of Queensland. As we are located in the oldest continuously surviving wet tropics rainforest, we have an interpretive corner with touch table and cassowary information. Visitors can relax in the air conditioning and log on to our free WIFI. The Kuranda Visitor Information Centre is also the keeping place for local Djabugay artefacts. The centre is currently exhibiting live displays of spiders, stick insects and reptiles.
