The region is rich in history, home to a thriving country culture and renowned for its agricultural excellence. It’s why we’re known as Regional Australia at its best! Forming part of the border of QLD and NSW, and home to the towns of Bungunya, Goondiwindi, Inglewood, Talwood, Texas, Toobeah and Yelarbon. The region boasts the Yelarbon silos artwork (one of the biggest in Australia) and burgeoning street art. Our events calendar is jam-packed with country races, food festivals and the toughest triathlon in Queensland. Inland fishing is high on travellers’ agendas, as well as the museum for the famous ‘Goondiwindi Grey’.
